Project Details

My experience as a project manager during this consultant project was the most rewarding research project I had throughout my four years of bachelor experience. The class was divided into teams, and we had a group of 3. Throughout this experience, I could hone my project management skills and understand what it means to be a leader and a team player. We used a mixed method of both quantitative and qualitative research methods in combination with customer journey mapping and empathy map.

We came through, and our communication strategy was ranked #2 best communication strategy of the year. Han University later exhibited our project in the Han Talent show, where it received many compliments from multiple discipline university professors worldwide.
